Ryan Kinskey

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Ryan leads Motionworks AI as Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded the company in 2017 to make population intelligence accessible to the businesses, agencies, and bureaus that depend on it. Under his leadership, Motionworks has unified three companies into a single measurement platform that now provides the population intelligence layer behind multiple national OOH currencies and serves more than 400 organizations across North America.

Matthew Martimo

Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

Matthew is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Motionworks AI. He architects the platform that ingests, models, and resolves trillions of mobility signals into the Motionworks Population Intelligence layer. Matthew spent his early career in transportation analytics at Citilabs and AirSage, where he built the modeling foundations that became Pathcast.

Clint Daniels

SVP, Data & Modeling

Clint leads data science and modeling at Motionworks. He owns the methodologies behind Pathcast and the population-movement models that power the platform, including the CityCast forecasting system. Before Motionworks, Clint led long-range population and transportation forecasting at SANDAG, where his work supported the $200B+ 2050 Regional Transportation Plan. He has also held senior modeling roles at WSP USA and RSG.

Chongguan Yang

SVP, Engineering

Chongguan leads engineering at Motionworks. He owns the production systems behind Viewcast, Popcast, Placecast, and Pathcast, and the engineering organization that scales them. He brings two decades of product engineering experience across consumer and enterprise platforms, including senior roles at Team One, PetSmart, and PlayNetwork.

Calli McGregor

VP, Finance

Calli leads finance at Motionworks. She owns financial planning, accounting, and reporting infrastructure for the company, and partners across the executive team on commercial structure, pricing, and forecasting. Calli brings 20+ years of finance and operations leadership across SaaS, construction, and nonprofit, with a track record of positioning companies for private equity investment and M&A, driving audit readiness and GAAP compliance, and building consolidations from scratch. She joined Motionworks as Controller in 2021.

Neal Miller

Board Member

Neal brings deep finance and operating experience across both venture-backed and publicly held companies. He has served as CFO of three publicly held companies and several venture-backed and private companies. Neal is the former Managing Partner of the TechCXO CFO Practice and the firm's Atlanta geo practice, and continues to serve on its Board of Managers. He has worked alongside Motionworks since the pre-Series A stage and brings independent financial oversight to the board.

Dave Currie

Board Member

Dave is a measurement and media-tech executive, currently CEO of TelmarHelixa, a global media measurement and audience intelligence platform. He previously led Winmo as CEO, scaling it through international expansion, strategic acquisitions, and a successful private-equity sale. Dave brings two decades of leadership across B2B SaaS, sales intelligence, and the global media and measurement ecosystem to the Motionworks board.
